The happily married woman and mother of a daughter chose the name, ‘The Northern Bazaar’, because of her love for good (quality) food, plus, she wanted to be the only one cooking northern delicacies that (aren’t) can’t be sold here in Accra, Ghana. In the same vein, she added other local and continental dishes because she does not want other tribes and nationalities to be left out.
