The battle for a whooping 10,000ghc has begun as ten contestants were unveiled by Citi TV over the weekend,
compèred by AJ Sarpong, for the 2019 edition of the annual Voice Factory.
For the contestant who made it to this stage, they were selected from a well-planned audition process to make it this far. The ten contestants will be taken through voice training and grooming by a team of revered music coaches, musicians and more.
Established Ghanaian hip-hop act E.L, gospel musician Edinam Bright-Davies and music producer Kaywa will sit in the judges’ seats each week and monitor the progress of the contestants. The 13-weeks show, exclusively airing on Citi TV with support from Citi FM, will see contestants being eliminated each week.
The ten contestants include Samuel Adjasoo, Stephen Baidoo Worgloh, Joel Boyson, Kenny Kings, Genevieve Antwi-Nuamah, Franklin Konadu, Ababio Joana, Deborah Aflakpui, Charisma and Sandra Ntiful Idara.
