The two Ghanaian silver screen dominators are teaming up for a big budget production packed with almost all the trending actors in the country.
Both Kofi Asamoah and Peter Sedufia are founders of Kofas Media and OldFilm Productions respectively, and at the press launch of the Movie titled AWAY BUS, they indicated the collaboration is to churn out a quality movie for the cinemas.
Peter gave a brief synopsis of AWAY BUS as a movie centred on family love, money and friendship. Salma Mumin who plays the lead character as Kiiki had to do everything possible to save her dying mother at the hospital. In the quest to achieve that she and her friends had to rob a bus but, after the successful robbery, another armed gang attacked them for the money they have robbed. And that’s where the story unfolds.

AWAY BUS is full of star-like Moesha Buduong, Priscilla Opoku Agyeman, Yvonne Okoro, Akuapem Poloo, Umar Krupp, Mikki Osei Berko and a whole lot more.
Even though Kofi Asamoah refused to give details on the budget for the entire production, he was quick to reveal that the sponsors on board signed heavy cheques for them to make sure the outcome is very good for global consumption.
