Hollywood actor of Black Panther fame, Chadwick Boseman has died, a statement on his official twitter account confirmed and reported by several media outlets in the States, he was 43.
The screen superstar is said to have been diagnosed with colon cancer in 2016, and spent the most part of his filming career with the diseases, going through surgeries and chemotherapy before a lot of the shoots.
“It is with immeasurable grief that we confirm the passing of Chadwick Boseman,” said a statement posted to his Twitter feed. “It was the honour of his life to bring King T’Challa to life in Black Panther.”
According to reports he died in his home in the presence of his wife and family by his side.
He has featured in a lot hit movies including Black Panther, Get on Up, Da 5 Bloods and more, with several other impending projects.
