Award-winning South Africa rapper Nasty C has talked about the state of the music industry and the direction it’s going in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic that has hit the world.
The rapper told fans in an Instagram live interaction that he is just tired of releasing songs via the internet, sit at home doing interviews via Instagram, Zoom and other digital platforms. He said he misses the moments where he goes out for album signing, concerts and real-life engagement with his fans rather than virtual.
He made reference to several businesses being back in operation like the construction services, Uber eat, church activities and more. With this, he added that if the pandemic doesn’t go away by 2022 he will switch to other business including church because music will be boring by then.
Nasty C has enjoyed a skyrocketing career in the music industry after gaining prominence at a young age. He is regarded as one of the finest rappers on the continent. He was preparing to release his new single Zulu Man With Some Power before the Coronavirus pushed him to halt it.
