Ghanaian musician of international repute, Fuse ODG has officially issued a press statement after the unfortunate incident at Kente Party 2020.
The second edition of the concert was brought to a sudden end when the lights behind the stage collapsed during Fuse ODG and Article Wan’s performance. Meanwhile, Kwesi Arthur was just about to climb the stage to perform.
As too what led to the collapse of the lights, no one could tell. But, the lights fell on two people, causing serious head injury to one person, who was in critical condition but now responding to treatment, while the other person also appeared to do fine.
From the press statement signed by the Public Relation Officer and communication Manager at New Africa Nation, Godwin Dogbey, the situation is under control. However, Fuse had launched an investigation into what caused the lights to fall. This will enable Fuse and his team put the appropriate measures in place for subsequent events.
