Dancehall artist, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, also known as Shatta Wale has revealed in an interview that he has made a lot on investments with the controversial gold company. “Menzgold Ghana”
He also stated in the interview that the best way to go about things is for the government and other parties involved to sit down and solve this problem behind closed doors
In the interview on Luv FM in Kumasi, the presenter asked the artist a few questions about investments.
“Do you believe in investments” Have you even made any investments with Menzgold?” the host asked.
Shatta Wale simply answered, “Very much”
The host went on to ask more question and Shatta declined to answer.
“I don’t want to talk more about this” He added.
It should be stated that this was the same platform where he called out multiple award winning rappers Srkodie and Kwaw Kesse as poor artists.
He went on to state that, it’s his duty to fight the system until Ghanaian artists are paid fairly for their crafts.
He is currently on a media tour to promote his upcoming album, “The Reign”
