The real estate industry in Ghana is gradually climbing the ladder to the peak to bond with the leaders on the continent or even within the West African region. Ghanaian business bureaucrat, Nana Appiah Mensah officially expressed his interest in the real estate sector by launching the Zylofon Properties on August 31, 2018, in Accra.
Zylofon Properties, a subsidiary of Zylofon, is tasked by Nana Appiah Mensah with the responsibility of providing a level playing field for property developers and people with the intention of owning their own houses now and in the future. The company develops and also buys properties from developers, fish for the appropriate buyers for them. The interesting part of the company’s policy is a flexible term which allows buyers to pay 50 per cent of the quoted amount, move into the property, and are given a period of 5-years to pay the remainder.
Executives for Zylofon Properties include Kofi Ntiamoah (Marketing), Kofi Boat (Operations), Sika (Business Affairs) and Garby (Board member). Ghana’s biggest dancehall music export, Stonebwoy, and his compatriot, Shatta Wale, Victor Kpakpo Addo (Reverend Azigiza Jnr), Ibrahim Sanni Darra and more graced the launch.
